Please take note of the following information regarding the registration and cancellation policies for our training sessions:

Registration Deadlines: To ensure a smooth training process, we kindly request that you register at least one (1) week before the scheduled class.

Cancellations: If you have already registered but are unable to attend the class, please email Maria Lourdes Imasa to cancel. This is a courtesy to us and it will allow us to make the necessary arrangements.

Training Schedule: Day 1 is dedicated to Analysis Studio, while Day 2 is devoted to Query Studio. Each training day is divided into morning and afternoon sessions.

Morning Sessions: New Users are required to attend the morning sessions, which run from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon. These sessions cover the basics of the tools and capabilities.

Afternoon Sessions: The afternoon sessions run from 1 pm to 4 pm and are optional. These sessions focus on specific report-building abilities.

All users are welcome to attend any combination of sessions.
